This role involves coordinating engineering projects, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.</li>\n<li>Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor team performance to achieve departmental objectives.</li>\n<li>Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.</li>\n<li>Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget by developing project timelines, and overseeing the projects from concept to completion.</li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and supply chain.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align engineering activities with company goals.</li>\n<li>Provide regular updates and reports on engineering projects and initiatives.</li>\n<li>Other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of leadership and team management experience.</li>\n<li>Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Additional Requirements: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent project management and organizational abilities.</li>\n<li>Familiar with CAD software, manufacturing simulation tools, and ERP systems.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing or walking for extended periods.</li>\n<li>S.
