In this role, you will be an integral part of our shipping department, responsible for ensuring that our high-quality aluminum extrusion products are packed efficiently and securely for shipment. Employees perform the duties of this job near moving mechanical parts on a regular basis. In the workplace, noise levels are high without air conditioning.</span></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIRED TO HAVE:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Basic understanding of shipping processes and procedures is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisor/team leader.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Must be able to pass company background check and drug screen.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
