Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying equipment to ensure reliable operation.</li><li>Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout, JHA/JSA's, and regulatory compliance standards.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance, analyze issues, and respond to alarms to identify and resolve mechanical and system-related problems promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with technicians, leaders, and stakeholders to communicate priorities, provide status updates, support improvement initiatives, and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Support equipment installations, modifications, and facility projects while following established change management and maintenance processes.</li><li>Complete preventive maintenance activities, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time while driving continuous improvement, cost savings, and equipment reliability.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in an HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical field.</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.</li><li>Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, basic math abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning.</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong> <ul><li>Relevant degree, appropriate certification, or licenses.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
