This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the roofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p><br>The Roofing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and coordinating site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do </span><br>•    Monitor project progress in collaboration with Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies <br>•    Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements <br>•    Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams <br>•    Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors <br>•    Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization <br>•    Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records <br>•    Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries <br>•    Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team </span><br>•    Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders <br>•    Strong judgment and integrity in decision-making <br>•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment <br>•    Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation <br>•    Strong organizational and time management skills <br>•    Working knowledge of construction and roofing materials <br>•    Minimum of 4 years’ experience in roofing<br>•    Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role<br>•    DCS/DEC or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred<br>•    Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)<br>•    Portuguese language skills are considered an asset<br>•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Snapshot</span><br>•    Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON<br>•    Type: Full-Time, Onsite<br>•    Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. + Occasional weekend work based on operational needs<br>•    Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)<br>•    Reports To: Roofing Production Manager<br>•    Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday   <br>•    Vacancy Reason: New Position / Existing Vacancy<br>•    Number of Positions: 1</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Bothwell-Accurate?</span></p>\n<p>•    Real opportunities to grow and advance<br>•    A team that supports you like family<br>•    Competitive benefits that grow with you<br>•    Bi-weekly pay you can count on<br>•    Work on high-profile, high-impact projects<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.</p>\n<p><br>Bothwell-Accurate Co.
