    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>\n  <p>Work on Embedded Firmware projects as a member of Engineering &amp; Design team for new product development and lead the development of firmware for Industrial Automation products such as Electric Actuators.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Define and document embedded system architecture, requirements, and software specifications.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Demonstrate a hands-on technical background, excellent C programming and embedded code in compliance with coding standards and best practices</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Develop and maintain low-level drivers, communication stacks, and real-time control algorithms for electric actuators.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Lead code reviews, unit testing, and system-level integration testing to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Support regulatory and compliance testing focused on embedded software contributions (functional safety, EMC, etc.).</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Evaluate new processors, RTOS platforms, and development tools to enhance product performance and maintainability.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware &amp; mechanical engineers, to ensure cohesive and integrated product development.</a></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Develop Product domain knowledge, conduct and participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.</a></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Report &amp; communicate project progress to stakeholders periodically.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Independently own and drive firmware development activities.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Provide technical guidance to junior engineers when required, particularly in debugging and design quality.</span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>\n  <p>Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>12+ years of professional work experience in embedded firmware development</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and embedded development tool chains.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Experience integrating with hardware at the driver level (sensors, ADC/DAC, communication interfaces, etc.).</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Practical embedded software design skills with 16/32-bit Microcontroller based design.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Experience with I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, RS232/485 Communication Interfaces &amp; Protocol.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Excellent understanding of Embedded design life cycle &amp; new product development process.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets using test &amp; measurement equipment like Digital Oscilloscope, Protocol Analyzer etc.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Knowledge and experience with distributed version control (such as GIT) and continuous integration.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Ability to independently lead complex firmware activities and make technical decisions with minimal guidance.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>A willingness to learn.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>\n  <p>Experience of working with global teams.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Experience of developing firmware for electric actuators.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Knowledge &amp;
