    "descriptionText": "Salary: USD 100,000–120,000\n\n Description\n\nRole Overview \n\nBlue Sky Utility/Nofar USA is a fast growing renewable energy platform developing and operating utility scale solar assets across the U.S. We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our finance team and play a hands on role in managing the company's treasury operations during an exciting period of growth. \n\nThis is a high visibility, execution focused role reporting directly to the CFO. You will own day to day treasury operations, support project financings and capital transactions, and help build the processes and controls that allow our platform to scale. For the right candidate — someone earlier in their career who wants direct exposure to complex infrastructure finance — this is an exceptional opportunity to grow quickly in a specialized, in demand field. \n\n This is a HYBRID role with an expectation of 3 days in office each week. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nCash & Liquidity Management \n\n Manage daily cash positioning across operating entities and project level structures \n\n Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts, including scenario planning for growth and acquisitions \n\n Optimize cash deployment across accounts and jurisdictions \n\nDebt & Capital Structure Support \n\n Monitor all debt obligations, including corporate loans, construction loans, term loans, and tax equity structures \n\n Track covenant compliance and reporting requirements across financing agreements \n\n Support the structuring and execution of new financings alongside the CFO and Business Development \n\nBanking & Lender Relations \n\n Assist in managing relationships with banks, lenders, and tax equity investors \n\n Coordinate lender reporting, audits, and ongoing diligence requirements \n\n Serve as a day to day point of contact for financial institutions \n\n Monitor letters of credit \n\nProject Finance & Transactions \n\n Support M&A transactions, acquisitions, and asset level financings alongside the Business Development team \n\n Assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution \n\n Help ensure alignment between treasury operations and project level financial performance \n\nInsurance & Surety Management \n\n Manage the company's insurance program across corporate and project level policies, including property, liability, builder's risk, and renewable energy specific coverage \n\n Coordinate surety bond programs supporting project development \n\n Work with brokers and underwriters to obtain, renew, and optimize coverage as the portfolio grows \n\n Ensure insurance and surety requirements are met across financing agreements, contracts, and regulatory obligations \n\n Maintain certificates of insurance and bond documentation across all active projects and entities \n\nRisk, Controls & Reporting \n\n Identify and flag financial risks, including interest rate exposure and liquidity constraints \n\n Support the development of treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks \n\n Assist with surety and insurance program management \n\n Oversee bank account management and ensure accurate, timely cash reporting\n\n Requirements\n\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field \n\n 2–4 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance \n\n Familiarity with debt structures, covenant monitoring, and multi entity cash management \n\n Experience working with or supporting lender relationships and financing processes \n\n Strong financial modeling and analytical skills \n\n Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams \n\nPreferred \n\n Background in renewable energy or banking  \n\n Exposure to tax equity financing structures \n\n Experience in a high growth, PE backed, or transaction intensive environment \n\nWho You Are \n\n Eager to learn and grow within a specialized area of finance \n\n Comfortable in a fast paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built \n\n Detail oriented and disciplined, with a bias toward accuracy and follow through \n\n A strong communicator who can engage clearly with internal teams and external partners \n\n Proactive and self directed — you take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do \n\nWhy Blue Sky Utility/Nofar USA\n\nThis role offers something that's hard to find: real exposure to complex, high value transactions in a growing company where your work directly impacts strategy. You'll sit close to the CFO, learn from experienced finance professionals, and develop deep expertise in renewable energy project finance — a skillset that is increasingly valuable and highly transferable. \n\n Direct access to CFO and executive leadership \n\n Hands on involvement in project financings, acquisitions, and capital raises \n\n Opportunity to help build treasury infrastructure from the ground up \n\n Competitive base salary ($100K–$120K)\n\n Be part of a mission driven team scaling clean energy across the U.S.\n\n Benefits\n\nWhat we can offer you:\n\n An Incredible Team, a Big Mission Work alongside smart, passionate people who are genuinely driven to build a cleaner energy future.
