    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Our Maize, KS facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our manufacturing team. At this facility, we produce propane cylinders used by customers across the country.</p>\n<p>The production associate is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong attendance, works safely, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br>\n As a production associate, you will help produce LPG cylinders by performing assembly operations, monitoring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient production.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<p>Prepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for production<br>\n Follow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements<br>\n Load and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstation<br>\n Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trained<br>\n Notify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standard<br>\n Count, package, crate, and identify parts and finished products<br>\n Maintain required production and quality records<br>\n Report material shortages or production concerns<br>\n Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles<br>\n Work individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals<br>\n Perform other duties as assigned<br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>\n Successful candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. We are especially interested in candidates who are looking for steady work, take attendance seriously, and want to grow with the company.</p>\n<p>You may be a strong fit if you:</p>\n<p>Have good attendance and arrive on time, ready to work<br>\n Take pride in doing quality work<br>\n Can follow written and verbal instructions<br>\n Work well with others in a team environment<br>\n Stay focused in a fast-paced production setting<br>\n Are willing to learn new tasks, equipment, and processes<br>\n Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude<br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>\n High school diploma or GED preferred<br>\n Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or related experience is helpful but not required<br>\n Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos<br>\n Ability to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals<br>\n Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions<br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong><br>\n This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule.</p>\n<p>Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.<br>\n Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.<br>\n Schedule Pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off<br>\n Team members work every other 3-day weekend and have every other 3-day weekend off<br>\n Paid biweekly</p>\n<p><br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br>\n While performing this job, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
