We are currently seeking a <strong>Plant Engineer, Admixtures</strong> to support manufacturing operations by partnering with Corporate Engineering, Maintenance, and site leadership to design, install, and optimize production assets for our Admixture Division. This role provides hands-on engineering and maintenance support, contributes to capital projects, and helps improve equipment reliability, safety, capacity, and product quality in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Provide engineering and maintenance support to daily plant operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.</li>\n  <li>Assist with development, tracking, and analysis of maintenance, major maintenance, and capital budgets.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Monitor maintenance KPIs and support corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and performance.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Support development and execution of daily and weekly maintenance plans to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Coordinate maintenance, engineering, and contractor activities related to equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations.</li>\n  <li>Contribute to the implementation of maintenance and reliability best practices to reduce downtime and improve asset performance.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are completed and documented in accordance with MAPEI Group Global Standards.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Support capital projects by assisting with scope development, bid reviews, contractor coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Travel to Admixture manufacturing sites to support equipment setup, installations, capital projects, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities in collaboration with site and corporate teams.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Assist with contractor oversight to ensure work is performed in compliance with bid specifications and EHS requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Support enforcement of safety policies and help identify and address unsafe acts or conditions involving employees and contractors.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Support compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n  <li>Participate in safety initiatives and Safety Committee activities as assigned.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Assist with maintenance parts and equipment inventory control.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>What’s in it for you</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>In this role, you will earn a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual performance and company results.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>FREE medical insurance for employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly contributions.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>17 days of paid vacation and personal time annually (prorated in year one).</li>\n  <li>401(k) retirement plan with up to 6% company match.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, employer-paid life insurance, and free telemedicine services.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Additional employee-focused programs including tuition reimbursement, discounted home and auto insurance, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n  <li>5+ years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; chemicals and/or admixtures experience strongly preferred.</li>\n  <li>Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installations.</li>\n  <li>Working knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, reliability concepts, and maintenance KPIs.</li>\n  <li>Ability to coordinate work across maintenance, operations, and external contractors.</li>\n  <li>Familiarity with EHS and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing setting.</li>\n  <li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n  <li>Ability to stand and move for extended periods and to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>\n  <li>Ability to travel domestically with moderate to high frequency, including extended site visits during project, installation, or startup phases.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)\n</div>\n<div>\n MAPEIP2\n</div>",
