We’re looking for a <strong>Director of Nursing (DON)</strong> to lead our compassionate clinical team at our pediatric surgery center in Philadelphia. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can pivot quickly with changing needs, and love working with children—this is the opportunity for you. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and supervise nursing and support staff across Pre-Op, OR, and PACU</li>\n <li><p>Coordinate safe and efficient patient care with providers and administrative leaders</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure staffing ratios and assignments align with patient needs</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of clinical team members</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain nursing documentation and ensure regulatory compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee infection control, quality improvement, and credentialing processes</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with administrators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in regulatory inspections and act as the facility’s Patient Safety Officer</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active RN license in NJ</li>\n <li><p>Charge nurse or nurse leadership experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Pediatric or surgical experience strongly preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable making fast decisions</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills</p></li>\n <li><p>CPR/BLS (ACLS/PALS a plus)</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong>We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
