          "text": "<p><strong>The ideal candidate would have</strong>:</p><ul><li>Experience in working with row crops.</li><li>Experience in Pollination Studies</li><li>Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude</li><li>Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>B.S. degree in an appropriate field (e.g. biology, environmental science, analytical chemistry, chemistry, or biochemistry).</li><li>Knowledge of growing cycles of corn, soybeans, and wheat.</li><li>Familiarity with farming operations.</li><li>Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift and walk for hours in the field</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Ability to work extended hours during time critical periods</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship</li></ul>",
