They are responsible for communicating any issue or questions to the Site Manager or Regional Manager, balancing workload at the site and assigning daily activities as needed to get a complete install.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; Representative Duties:<br>&nbsp; Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.<br>&nbsp; In addition to installing countertops, at the end of installation, work to finish trimming and detailing the house.<br>&nbsp; Avoid back charges, it is critical all jobs must be installed on time.<br>&nbsp; Maintain work schedule Installer&rsquo;s report to work job site as directed by Site Manager.<br>&nbsp; Prior notification is required in the event you are unable to show up for work at the designated time and place.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OF THE POSITION:<br>&nbsp; Must be experienced and familiar with hand and power tools used for the purpose of installing countertops.<br>&nbsp; Able to read countertop layouts.<br>&nbsp; Ability to work and supervise a team.<br>&nbsp; Load and unload material/tools.<br>&nbsp; Jobsite setup and organization.<br>&nbsp; Performs other duties as required.<br>&nbsp; 4 years minimum of hands on working as a countertop installer&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; Physical Demands<br>&nbsp; While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong>Businesses that are Section 3 qualified are eligible as well for consideration.</strong></p></div></div>\n",
