The role is responsible for budgetary operations, cost-containment, staffing, revenue growth and meeting goals for the brain and spine service line. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in a clinical area or business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of health care leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities</li>\n <li>At least five years of manager-level experience and 2 years of director level experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
