          "text": "<p>CEDA is currently seeking Drivers, Class 1 or 3 at our Dawson Creek, BC location! &#xa0;Working on a call out basis, our dispatch group will keep you busy!</p><p><strong>What we offer:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexible shift schedules, travel and housing&#xa0;</strong>for non-locals <strong>negotiable</strong>&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Competitive wages</strong> starting at $30.00, based on experience&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Excellent benefits</strong> and&#xa0;<strong>matching pension contributions&#xa0;</strong></li><li><strong>Variety:&#xa0;</strong>changing work scopes from one day to the next – there is always a new challenge&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operation and maintenance of Pressure Trucks, Hydrovacs, Combo Units, other assorted Vacuum Trucks, and various specialty tools – work alongside Labourers you will spend 90% of your day outside of the truck, boots on the ground!&#xa0;</li><li>Complete minor maintenance and checks on equipment</li><li>Ensure safety for all team members and property</li><li>Provide quality services to our clients</li><li>Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision</li><li>Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job done</li><li>Haul hoses, PPE and tools to where the work is being done</li><li>Complete required paperwork for projects and jobs</li><li>Challenge your eye for detail, practice what we preach. Take your time, get the job done right the first time and safely every time</li></ul><p><strong>Role Specifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required</li><li>Driving is in your nature, a manual transmission is a breeze (10, 13 speed, doesn’t matter you will pass CEDA’s driver assessment with flying colours)</li><li>Prior experience driving a Pressure or Vacuum Trucks is an asset</li><li>1+ years of operator experience in an industrial environment</li><li>First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certification would be an asset</li><li>Confined Space and Fall Protection certification an asset but not required, we will train you!</li><li>Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and very good with a manual transmission</li><li>You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment</li><li>Enjoyment for physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis)&#xa0;</li></ul>",
