Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Wireless Network Operations Center Lead to join our team supporting a national law enforcement agency NOC. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience At least Ten (10) Plus years of experience with tactical communications integration, testing, programming, troubleshooting, and design. Three (3) Plus years of experience in tactical communications Project 25 (P25) integration, installation, operations, maintenance, repairing and maintaining P25 infrastructure equipment. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Education Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent experience Clearance Background Investigation is required RESPONSIBILITIES Wireless Network Operations Center Lead is responsible for coordinating the scheduling for the Wireless Network Operations Center group supporting Cellular Over the Horizon Enforcement Network (COTHEN) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR. Service). Serve as the lead point of contact (POC) for government and customers seeking technical assistance. Coordinate training for new contractor position and provide documentation for daily, weekly and monthly reports from the ticketing system and databases. COMPETENCIES Oral Communication Written Communication Strategic Thinking Technical Expertise Initiative Foster Innovation Results Oriented Teamwork This team provides support services for Network(s) Management, Operations, and Maintenance for all Network(s) infrastructure. Support includes providing real-time incident monitoring, predictive and proactive analysis and reporting, incident resolution and escalation, problem management and resolution, coordinating of events related to network communications, network utilization and availability analysis and reporting. The NOC is staffed 24x7x365 with three (3) shifts of mid to senior level contract technicians, and handles approximately 4,000 tickets a month. Overview WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
