You operate comfortably in the balance between experimentation and operational rigor, understanding that AI enablement requires governance, measurement, and controlled scalability, not just innovation.</p><p>You bring a pragmatic mindset, strong technical judgment, and the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into structured, reliable workflows that improve how engineering teams build, test, and deliver software.</p><h3><br><strong>How You Will Make Impact</strong></h3><p>You will shape how AI is embedded into the daily workflows of engineering teams, transforming isolated experiments into standardized, production-ready solutions that measurably improve developer speed, reliability, and operational efficiency.</p><p>Your work will influence the organization&#8217;s AI enablement strategy by defining scalable patterns, establishing guardrails, and ensuring AI tools deliver tangible value while meeting strict security, compliance, and governance expectations.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Design, prototype, and integrate AI-assisted developer workflows such as automated code review, PR drafting, and test generation.</li><li>Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable improvements in developer speed or reliability and evolve them into reusable, production-ready paved paths.</li><li>Experiment with AI agent frameworks to reduce engineering toil, including automated test execution, build failure triage, and intelligent responses to common engineering questions in Slack.</li><li>Evaluate and integrate third-party AI assistants and IDE tools within the developer environment.</li><li>Ensure all AI integrations are secure, auditable, and compliant with privacy, legal, and security standards.</li><li>Define and track metrics for AI adoption, productivity gains, and safety outcomes in collaboration with Analytics and Product teams.</li><li>Communicate insights and recommendations that inform and refine the AI enablement roadmap.</li><li>Partner with engineering teams to co-run AI pilots, gather structured feedback, and scale successful patterns across the organization.</li><li>Contribute to best-practice documentation and internal guidelines for responsible AI usage.</li></ul><h3><strong>You Have:</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Kotlin.</li><li>Hands-on experience integrating and working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.</li><li>Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools including Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.</li><li>Proven ability to operationalize AI in real development environments, moving from experimentation to scalable adoption.</li><li>Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and analytics functions.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, risks, and impact.</li></ul><h3><strong>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience working with AWS cloud environments, including services such as EKS, RDS, S3, and IAM.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools such as Buildkite, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement</strong></h3><p><em>At MAS Global, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our identity.
