Join our residential treatment program at OPI Houston serving young adult women (ages 18–28) and make a lasting impact on individuals and their families. As an \n<strong>Executive Director</strong>, you’ll lead a mission-driven team using cutting-edge, relational, experiential, and systemic treatment approaches that promote deep healing and generational change. OPI Houston, you’ll gain access to industry-leading training, exceptional mentorship, and long-term career growth while fostering meaningful relationships and creating real joy in the lives of those you serve.\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide strategic and operational leadership for a residential mental health treatment facility</li>\n <li>Foster a culture rooted in empathy, trust, service, growth, and measurable outcomes</li>\n <li>Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-centered care using a collaborative treatment approach</li>\n <li>Oversee clinical programming, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and ongoing adjustment of treatment services</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and referral sources</li>\n <li>Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and best practices in documentation, reporting, and confidentiality</li>\n <li>Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive program excellence and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while supporting professional growth and team engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h4><strong>Required</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (Behavioral Sciences preferred)</li>\n <li>Ability to lead teams and facilitate client growth through a collaborative, team-based care approach</li>\n <li>Ability to plan, implement, and adjust treatment programming as needed</li>\n <li>Experience managing budgets and operational performance</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of state laws and regulations related to documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and agency coordination</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a state background check</li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Preferred</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced degree such as MSW, CSW, CMHC, MFT, LPC, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.</li>\n <li>Active Texas licensure in a behavioral health discipline</li>\n <li>5 - 8 years of leadership experience in the mental health, behavioral health, or healthcare field</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in a clinical, outpatient, or residential treatment setting</li>\n <li>Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic treatment modalities</li>\n <li>Experience working with the public, families, and clients with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to coach and manage teams, drive performance, execute strategic objectives, and oversee budgets.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>OPI is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
