The ideal teammate will have demonstrated ability to design advanced financial reporting solutions, enhance forecasting accuracy, and translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights for cross functional stakeholders. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Position</strong> </p>\n<p>The FP&A Associate supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with department leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support data driven decision making. The position plays a key role in building reporting infrastructure through ERP and business intelligence systems while advancing automation and process efficiency initiatives. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you will do</strong> </p>\n<p>Lead the development of financial and operational reporting by aggregating and synthesizing data from ERP and business intelligence systems to provide clear and actionable insights. Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles through detailed financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance evaluation. Partner with cross functional leaders to analyze cost drivers, revenue trends, and key performance metrics in order to inform strategic decision making. Continuously enhance dashboards, forecasting tools, and executive reporting packages to improve transparency, accuracy, and overall financial visibility across the organization. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Responsibilities </em> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, build, and maintain financial and operational reports using both Solver and Power BI aggregating data from ERP and BI systems </li>\n <li>Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics </li>\n <li>Design and build financial reporting packages </li>\n <li>Support system implementations, automation, and efficiency initiatives </li>\n <li>Enhance forecasting models and financial reporting tools </li>\n <li>Translate financial data into strategic insights </li>\n <li>Improve financial planning processes and data integrity across ERP and BI systems </li>\n <li>Support the annual budgeting process and reforecasting cycles </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain forecasts for departments or business units </li>\n <li>Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast </li>\n <li>Collaborate with department leaders to understand cost drivers and revenue trends </li>\n <li>Identify financial risks and opportunities proactively </li>\n <li>Support capital investment analysis and ROI evaluations </li>\n <li>Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Skills needed</em> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong financial modeling and analytical rigor </li>\n <li>Advanced reporting and data extraction capabilities </li>\n <li>SME on Power BI and Solver </li>\n <li>Process improvement and systems optimization mindset </li>\n <li>Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights </li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills </li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Qualifications required for your success</em> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field </li>\n <li>At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role </li>\n <li>Advanced report writing and development capabilities in Solver and Power BI </li>\n <li>Excel power user and financial modeling skills </li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and data integration tools </li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Additional Helpful Experience Includes</em> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>MBA, CPA, or CFA (a plus, not required) </li>\n <li>Experience supporting ERP implementations or system enhancements </li>\n <li>Knowledge of GIPS and experience with Addepar </li>\n <li>Relevant industry experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Personal attributes that support your success</em> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and expertise while serving as a trusted advisor to principals and colleagues. </li>\n <li>Collaborates respectfully and effectively with others, contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment. </li>\n <li>Approaches challenges with curiosity, bold thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. </li>\n <li>Maintains a strong focus on results, consistently exercising sound judgment and decision-making. </li>\n <li>Brings a visionary mindset, planning strategically for the future with imagination and insight. </li>\n <li>Committed to excellence and actively engages with others to accomplish shared goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All offers of employment are contingent on your successful completion (where permitted by state law) of a confidentiality agreement and background check.
