This pivotal role demands a strategic leader adept at navigating regulatory landscapes, driving market expansion, and fostering key partnerships. The Country Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Marketing, Product, and Operations—to ensure compliance, elevate brand presence, and achieve sustainable business success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regulatory Compliance &amp; Governance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the local director, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.</li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local regulators, policymakers, and financial industry bodies.</li>\n<li>Oversee licensing applications and renewals, working closely with the Legal team.</li>\n<li>Guarantee all operations comply with local laws and company policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partnership &amp; Channel Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Product team to optimize payment channel integrations and performance.</li>\n<li>Nurture relationships with existing partners drive long-term collaboration and growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Development &amp; Revenue Growth</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead initiatives to increase user acquisition, market share, and revenue for RedotPay’s offerings.</li>\n<li>Work with the Operations team to enhance local service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute local go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in local financial regulations and compliance (payments/fintech industry).</li>\n<li>Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations.</li>\n<li>Strong background in brand management, marketing, and public relations.</li>\n<li>Established network with banks, regulators, payment providers, and industry leaders.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English</li>\n</ul>",
