They will also provide software-focused enterprise-wide solutions primarily directed towards maintaining and improving internal team productivity as well as software support for our e-commerce team. Additionally, they will apply state-of-the-art solutions to continually improve customized company productivity enhancing applications.           "text": "<p>Responsible for design and development of a variety of new productivity tools to improve ADC teamers efficiency and job satisfaction as well as provide support, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications</p><p>Participate in evaluation/selection of future technologies and development tools</p><p>Must have a strong desire to stay current, learn and apply new technologies and concepts</p><p>Take tasks as assigned by Team Lead and research, gather options, analyze results, and propose solutions back to the team</p><p>Responsible for contributing to the ongoing improvement of the teams processes and development practices</p><p>Development, testing and updates to unit, functional and integration tests</p><p>Responsible for ensuring quality and suitability of deliverables</p><p>Collaborate with team members and internal customers to define and specify effective solutions</p><p>Capable of taking a solution from concept to reality individually or within the team setting</p><p>Evaluate, select, and provide enterprise solutions to improve company functions</p><p><b>Required:</b></p><p>Minimum B.S. in Computer Science (or related B.S. degree) with 5 years or more of web development experience OR Programming oriented A.S. degree with 10 years or more of web development</p><p>Minimum of 5 years of experience developing applications using <b>Java/J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Web Services, REST)</b> and exposure to MVC</p><p>Minimum of 2 years of experience with relational databases using JDBC and SQL</p><p>Minimum of 2 years recent experience with <b>web development technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript, AJAX, Web browsers)</b></p><p>Experience with agile development methodologies (Kanban)</p><p>Strong working knowledge of version control systems. Git is preferred</p><p>Instinct and ability to develop good UI designs</p><p>Must be a self-motivated, self-starter to succeed in this position</p><p><b>Recommended:</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>Experience with integration of Web based systems with product information management backend systems</p><p>Experience with Application Servers (Tomcat)</p><p>Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit)</p><p>Experience with Web development for mobile platforms</p><p>Familiarity with IBM DB2 and SQL Server</p><p>Working knowledge of Linux or other *nix systems</p><p>Experience with at least one JavaScript library (Prototype, jQuery, YUI, or similar)</p><p>Experience with Hibernate</p><p>Experience with Spring Framework</p>",
