at a time of organizational change.</li>\n<li>Have the specific skillset and experience for the following role:</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Scientist</span>, under the direction of the Digital Engineering Manager, is primarily responsible for partnering with nuclear engineering teams to develop, refine, and scale large-scale models that strengthen engineering analysis, decision-making, and predictive insight across the organization.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Responsibilities Include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain analytical models supporting engineering decisions across workforce and schedule forecasting, simulation result aggregation, supplier and supply-chain analytics, and reliability and risk modelling.</li>\n<li>Develop reproducible data pipelines that pull from MBSE/PLM, SPDM, schedule, ERP, and simulation output systems and serve cleaned datasets to downstream tools.</li>\n<li>Partner with Reactor Physics, Thermal Hydraulics, and Safety Analysis to design analyses over simulation campaigns, including uncertainty quantification, surrogate models, and sensitivity studies.</li>\n<li>Produce dashboards, briefings, and technical memoranda that translate analysis into decisions for engineering leadership and program management.</li>\n<li>Define the data-quality, versioning, and validation practices that make analyses defensible in a regulated environment.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the build-out of internal forecasting and planning tools in collaboration with Software Development.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Statistical modelling (regression, time-series, Bayesian inference, uncertainty quantification, optimization, or simulation based methods.</li>\n<li>Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL</li>\n<li>End-to-end analytics from raw data to actionable insights</li>\n<li>Technical communication and stakeholder collaboration</li>\n<li>Reproducible workflows, versioning, validation, and documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (statistics, applied mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, operations research), or a bachelor's with equivalent applied experience.</li>\n<li>2 or more years of experience building analytical models or data pipelines used in a production or operational setting.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated end-to-end experience with at least one notebook-and-pipeline workflow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in nuclear, aerospace, oil and gas, utilities, or another regulated engineering domain.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with reactor physics codes, thermal-hydraulic codes, or finite-element output formats.</li>\n<li>Experience with PLM or SPDM systems such as Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, or ModelCenter.</li>\n<li>Exposure to MLOps tooling and
