This position supports food safety compliance, inventory control of cleaning materials, and overall operational readiness in a fast-paced, 24/7 aviation catering environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute the master cleaning schedule for all company buildings&nbsp;</li><li>Perform pot and pan washing and redistribution</li><li>Remove trash and maintain waste areas&nbsp;</li><li>Requisition and restock chemicals and cleaning materials&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain inventory control of chemicals and sanitation supplies&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting of food safety documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Restock hand towels, hand soap, sanitizer, and restroom auto-sprayers&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule &amp; Environment</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Overnight shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM)&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Flexible schedule required in a 24/7 operation&nbsp;</li><li>Weekends and holidays required</li><li>Peak seasons may include PTO blackout periods&nbsp;</li><li>Work in varying temperatures including warm kitchens, coolers, and freezers</li></ul><h3><br></h3>",
