We also offer Crystal Hypochlorite, which through a series of special filtering steps, produces a bleach solution of extraordinary quality.&nbsp; The Muscatine location is a barge dock that is located on the Upper Mississippi River (at river mile 451.2).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About this position</strong></p><p>Key duties will include loading/unloading trucks, railcars and barges with a variety of chemical products. <u>This position will be at our Muscatine, IA location</u></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Unload barges, tank cars and tank trucks with a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork associated with the manufacturing/unloading/loading operations.</li><li>Contribute to safety and quality meetings.</li><li>Identify maintenance work and work with the Terminal or Manufacturing Supervisors to facilitate repairs as necessary.</li><li>Perform incidental maintenance work on equipment as needed.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance work on buildings and property as needed.</li><li>General housekeeping of work area and other misc. duties as necessary.</li><li>Able to work on elevated platforms.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications Required</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Completed High School degree</li><li>Chemical manufacturing and/or distribution experience&nbsp;a plus.</li><li>Must be able to read/write/speak English</li><li>Must be proficient in basic mathematics</li><li>Must be able to pass a position based physical fitness test</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Other Preferred Knowledge/Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience with driving OTR trucks either on the road or in a plant&nbsp;environment a plus.</li><li>Experience with Safety and/or Quality programs</li><li>Experience handling Chlor-Alkali, or other hazardous materials a plus.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
