The function of this position is to successfully perform the day-to-day terminal operations, while maintaining Safety and Customer Focus. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with their hands outdoors in a teamwork-based environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<p>-Offload rail cars in a manner to minimize spillage, dust, and contamination. </p>\n<p>-Performs all work in a manner to maximize production amounts and quality. </p>\n<p>-Operates small equipment such as bobcats, forklifts, loaders, and Trackmobile. </p>\n<p>-Operates conveyors and stackers. </p>\n<p>-Makes general repairs to equipment, including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, etc. with limited supervision. </p>\n<p>-Diagnoses cause of equipment malfunction to determine the root cause of the problem. </p>\n<p>-Maintains grounds and property to include mowing, landscaping, housekeeping, painting etc. </p>\n<p>-Maintains safe and clean work area. </p>\n<p>-Operates hand-held radio according to company policy and FCC regulations. </p>\n<p>-Communicates verbally with all plant personnel. </p>\n<p>-May be scheduled to work nights and weekends. </p>\n<p>-Performs other duties as assigned. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong> </p>\n<p>-Must possess excellent communication skills. </p>\n<p>-Mechanical aptitude. </p>\n<p>-Familiar with basic hand and power tools. </p>\n<p>-Basic computer skills. </p>\n<p>-Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights and lifting. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Titan America is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
