This position partners closely with the Bottling Manager to drive operational excellence, develop supervisors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. It’s a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on efficiency, team development, and overall plant performance.</p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support bottling operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop supervisors and team members to drive performance and engagement</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost savings and process optimization</li>\n <li>Partner cross-functionally with QA, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure on-time, in-full delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field</li>\n <li>7+ years of business experience with prior management experience required</li>\n <li>Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to develop teams and drive results</li>\n <li>Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in alcohol beverage or CPG manufacturing environments</li>\n <li>Background in supply chain, operations, or organizational development</li>\n <li>Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying conditions</li>\n <li>Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
