          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>detail-oriented Bioanalytical Chemist</strong> to perform <strong>analytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics</strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>liquid chromatography (LC) and capillary electrophoresis techniques, including iCE and CGE</strong>. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on laboratory experience who are comfortable working independently in a <strong>GMP-regulated environment</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform bioanalytical testing using <strong>LC and capillary electrophoresis methods (iCE, CGE)</strong></li><li>Independently operate and troubleshoot instrumentation including <strong>LC systems, iCE, CGE, UV-Vis, and pH instrumentation</strong></li><li>Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis</li><li>Execute routine and non-routine analytical testing following established procedures</li><li>Perform <strong>instrument maintenance and calibration</strong></li><li>Accurately document testing activities and results within <strong>LIMS and cGMP systems</strong></li><li>Support general laboratory operations and continuous improvement efforts</li></ul>",
