The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.</p><p><strong>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>The TM contributes to a customer-focused&nbsp;environment while providing excellent customer service.</li><li>The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.&nbsp;</li><li>The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.</li><li>The TM &nbsp;&nbsp;completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time.</li><li>The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>All other duties are based on business needs.</li><li>Open availability</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Competencies:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>At least 18 years old.</li><li>High School Diploma/Equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment.</li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.</li><li>Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior.&nbsp; Does the right thing for a team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.</li><li>Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business</li></ul><div><p><span><strong><u>SUMMARY OF BENEFITS</u></strong></span></p><p><span>At Home is proud to offer competitive benefits for non-temporary positions, including but not limited to:</span></p><p><span><strong>Part-Time</strong></span></p></div><p><span>- 401(k) W/ Employer Match</span></p><p><span>- Dental, Vision, Life</span></p><p><i><span>-&nbsp;</span></i><span>25% Store Discount (Seasonal TMs Included)&nbsp;</span></p>",
