Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000/year based on 30 clinical sessions per week Employment Type: Independent Contractor with full or part-time hours Schedule: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed Location: This is a hybrid (greater than 50% in-person) role based out of Atlanta (Buckhead), GA Role Summary The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of mimimum of 15 client sessions per week Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 as an IC based on 30 clinical sessions per week Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling: Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed; hybrid position with at least greater than 50% on-site required.
