Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Licensed Therapist Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities</li><li>Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals</li><li>Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation</li><li>Maintain an active caseload of mimimum of 15 client sessions per week</li><li>Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required</li><li>Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies<br></li></ul><h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></h3><ul><li>Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 as an IC based on 30 clinical sessions per week</li><li>Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support</li><li>Flexible scheduling: Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed; hybrid position with at least greater than 50% on-site required.</li></ul>",
