    "description": "<p> Responsibilities:<br>• Working on Tuesday - Saturday to support the Bank.<br>• Contribute to the definition, planning, organization and execution of application monitoring and disaster recovery activities across Wealth Management IT<br>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and user errors within the application, utilize technical knowledge to investigate, document, and escalate complex application problems.<br>• Resolve escalated inquiries from both internal and external clients and ensure they are satisfied with the solutions and quality of service offered.<br>• Have a direct impact on the customer experience.<br>• Act as a liaison between our delivery squads and operations teams, effectively communicating in both<br>• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the team to enhance overall client experience.<br>• Perform other duties as assigned.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer, or related field<br>• At least 1 year of experience in client application support or similar role<br>• Knowledgeable in SQL scripts, DataDog, Splunk<br>• Knowledgeable in Windows OS, Unix and Linux<br>• Familiarity with AWS, Windows File Server,Github, Control M, ServiceNow,Jira is advantageous.<br>• Understand and follow Agile, DevOps delivery resulting in high velocity, high quality delivery<br>• Passionate in working in an application support team, with a focus on monitoring and responding to application reliability, security, and performance KPIs<br>• Able to read log files, identify errors and formulate paths to troubleshoot resolution<br>• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technoloigies are important<br>• Translation skills from business concept to solution design and from complex technical models to plain language Customer based explanations<br>• Ability to solve problems independently and creatively<br>• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment<br>• Fluent written and spoken English<br><br>What you will get from ATA IT :<br>• 14 days’ vacation in first year<br>• Health insurance for staff &amp; families<br>• Life insurance<br>• Dental fee for staff &amp; families<br>• Provident fund<br>• Monetary Assistance (Childbirth, Funeral, Basket Visit)<br>• Annual Party<br>• Monthly Activities- Staff Birthday &amp; Company Activities<br>• Annual Health Check<br>• Multi-national company with flexible working hours, but professional company culture<br>• Hybrid Work from Home Policy<br></p>",
