    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Project Manager II to support the planning and execution of product development and enhancement projects within the Consumables and Laboratory Automation portfolio. This role is ideal for a developing project manager who can manage multiple workstreams with moderate supervision and guidance from more senior project leaders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Project Manager II, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with portfolio priorities. You will contribute to R&D initiatives, product launches, and ongoing portfolio improvements while following established project management processes and governance.</p>\n<p>From day one, you will play an active role in supporting project execution and improving team coordination, with opportunities to grow your leadership responsibility over time.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and manage cross-functional project teams including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Finance</li>\n <li>Plan and track project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets using standard project management tools and methodologies</li>\n <li>Identify project risks and issues, escalating as needed and supporting mitigation plans</li>\n <li>Ensure projects follow the Waters established governance framework, quality standards, and lifecycle processes</li>\n <li>Communicate project status, milestones, and risks clearly to project teams and stakeholders including leadership reviews using standard reporting tools.</li>\n <li>Serve as a reliable point of coordination to keep teams aligned and moving toward common objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field ideally chemistry or engineering</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in scientific or project management role</li>\n <li>At least 3 years of experience coordinating or supporting cross-functional teams toward shared goals</li>\n <li>Foundational project management training; PMP or similar certification is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools</li>\n <li>Familiarity with SAP and ISO 9000 quality systems is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Description</h2>\n<p>Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT)  is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
