This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with skilled professionals, and build a strong foundation in utility engineering.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for crucial transmission and distribution infrastructure for gas utilities </li>\n <li>Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates </li>\n <li>Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for optimizing installation, maintenance, and system reliability</li>\n <li>Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of gas pipelines and related infrastructure </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required</li>\n <li>No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred</li>\n <li>Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred</li>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Gain exposure to fieldwork and technical problem-solving in critical gas infrastructure</li>\n <li>Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel</li>\n <li>Make a real impact by helping deliver reliable, resilient, and sustainable utilities to communities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Gas Team is doing?
