You are key to general and <strong>preventive upkeep</strong>, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction by ensuring a well-maintained environment, embodying our value to <strong>&quot;Bring the Energy.&quot;</strong></p><hr><p><br></p><h3>Your Essential Maintenance &amp; Room Preparation Duties</h3><p><br></p><p>As the Houseperson, you are responsible for the aesthetic and functional quality of the property, handling minor repairs and critical room turnover tasks.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Light &amp; Preventive Maintenance:</strong> Perform <strong>light and preventive maintenance</strong> across the facility interior and exterior. This includes:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Light Plumbing:</strong> Plunging or snaking toilets, unclogging sinks, etc.</p></li><li><p><strong>Light Electrical:</strong> Changing an outlet, wall switch, or light bulbs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Studio Maintenance:</strong> Executing studio preventive maintenance programs (painting, caulking, identifying pest issues).</p></li><li><p><strong>General Upkeep:</strong> Shampooing carpet, janitorial work, and <strong>parking lot upkeep</strong>.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Room Preparation &amp; Inspection:</strong> <strong>Complete the guest room prep process</strong> according to brand standards after a move-out. This includes <strong>inspecting guest rooms</strong> for pest and maintenance issues and addressing them.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cleaning &amp; Staging:</strong> <strong>Clean all daily assigned public areas</strong> according to brand standards. <strong>Stage the guest room furniture, equipment, and in-room supplies</strong> to drive cleaning efficiency.</p></li><li><p><strong>Waste &amp; Linens:</strong> <strong>Remove all trash</strong> and <strong>complete stain treatment of soiled linens</strong> before removing them from the guest room.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><h3>Additional Support &amp; On-Call Requirements</h3><p><br></p><p>You provide vital support to the housekeeping team and must be available for emergencies.</p><ul><li><p><strong>Laundry Duties:</strong> Assist with <strong>sorting, washing, drying, and folding of company linen and terry</strong>, as well as general cleaning/maintenance of the laundry facilities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-Training:</strong> <strong>Cross-train on the duties of the Move-Out Attendant and Stay-Over Attendant</strong> and perform those duties as requested.</p></li><li><p><strong>On-Call Response:</strong> You must be prepared to respond to emergencies.
