          "text": "<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple accounts and operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites meet contractual obligations, financial targets, and service standards while building strong, long-term client partnerships.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple client sites or contracts</li><li>Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality building automation controls systems</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers</li><li>Monitor operational performance and ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements are met</li><li>Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control</li><li>Review monthly and weekly financial and operational reports to drive accountability and improvements</li><li>Support Area Managers, Account Managers, and site leadership teams through coaching and development</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and profitability</li><li>Manage workforce planning, staffing models, and subcontractor/vendor relationships</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Partner with sales and business development teams to support growth opportunities and new contract mobilization</li><li>Act as an escalation point for operational and client issues, ensuring timely resolution</li></ul>",
