Despite our size, we are a tight-knit group looking to add another member to our family!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Are you looking for a company that will value your hard work, dedication, and drive to succeed?</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Are you looking for an opportunity to take your career to the next level?</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">If you answered yes to both questions, then we’re looking for you!</span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>1st Electric is seeking candidates that are looking to start a career in electrical to join our team!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS, CERTIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have personal tools as per the company tool policy.</li>\n<li>Shall be 18 years or older</li>\n<li>Must be able to manage time, be team oriented, and be a self-starter.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to learn and have strong organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate a construction project.</li>\n<li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</li>\n<li>Must be familiar with company safety policies and O.S.H.A. safety standards and apply them at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BASIC FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists the Electrician.</li>\n<li>Keeps the work area clean.</li>\n<li>Acquires the skills of an Electrician as quickly as possible and puts the skills to work.</li>\n<li>Inspects work in progress to ensure that all workmanship on the job conforms to company and industry quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DUTIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrives at work on time and ready to work.</li>\n<li>Hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm daily Monday - Friday.</li>\n<li>Takes direction and works efficiently.</li>\n<li>Understands that he or she is often the voice and face of the company and ensures that the company is always well represented – this includes appearance, the spoken word, work ethics and cleanliness of the work area.<br></li>\n<li>Installs fixtures, devices, wiring, gear, conduit, and motors.</li>\n<li>Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Foreman or the Electrician to whom he or she has reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS</span></p>\n<p><em>At 1st Electric, we believe our employees are our greatest asset and treat them as such by rewarding their hard work and dedication with:</em></p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Competitive wages that are based upon both position and individual skills and abilities!</em></li>\n<li><em>A comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, and a number of additional voluntary lines of coverage.</em></li>\n<li><em>Training opportunities, including company-paid apprenticeship training through Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM), as well as assistance with passing the Colorado Journeyman Electrician licensing exam.</em></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation for this Role: $19.50.
