As we seek to fulfill CCO’s 10 Year Vision in the Beyond space, our partnerships with parishes, dioceses and key movements are one of the most important areas to invest in. The Parish Specialist lives CCO’s mission in a very practical way by being the hands on Accompanier to grow these external relationships, partnering to help raise up multiplying movements of Intentional Accompaniment around the world. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Raise up multiplying missionaries around the world using CCO’s methods </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support and deepen key global partnerships </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Enflesh IA and missionary culture in parishes and dioceses through Beyond’s programming and coaching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support alumni and other like-hearted leaders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop and refine teachings and trainings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Expand CCO’s reach in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Ireland, and around the world</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We’re looking for people with the following qualities and skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must have proven track record of multiplication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must have experience as a either a movement builder in a parish or a team leader on campus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must have experience using CCO materials, methods and programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience applying Intentional Accompaniment in a variety of contexts is valuable. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Are passionate about parish evangelization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Are entrepreneurial and agile in their ability to coach and redirect on the fly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Remote accompaniment experience is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel.
