You&rsquo;ll have ownership over sourcing decisions, close collaboration with engineering and suppliers, and the freedom to put your own stamp on high-impact sourcing decisions that support products serving communities around the globe. Join us!&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll be Doing:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Lead sourcing and negotiation for new products:</strong> Own RFQs, supplier selection, and price negotiations for production components and tooling, supporting new product development from concept through launch</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support prototype and pre-production sourcing:</strong> Partner with global supplier base to quote, negotiate, and manage prototype and pre-production components- ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery, and smooth execution.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Build strong supplier and cross-functional partnerships:</strong> Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, engineering, and purchasing to drive collaboration, manage performance, and achieve successful project outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Category Management &amp; Strategy</strong>: Develop, implement, and lead short- and long-term category strategies aligned with evolving business needs. Partner with Advanced Engineering and Sales teams to stay ahead of technology trends and customer roadmaps. Oversee end-to-end supplier relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity, on-time delivery, and quality performance.
