    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Primary Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of the cash, position and trade reconciliation of Krypton clients’ activity across all financial products in line with the service level agreement</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve missing balances, trial balance discrepancies, proof differences, and other variances promptly.</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse pricing of positions within each client’s portfolio at agreed frequency in line with service level agreement.</li>\n<li>Processing and verification of corporation action events of each position within client’s portfolio.</li>\n<li>Investigate any open breaks and collaborate with the business team and external parties for resolution.</li>\n<li>Identify reconciliation deviations and backlogs, and discuss them with the Back Office (BO) team.</li>\n<li>Assist with various ad-hoc projects and new initiatives within the team.</li>\n<li>Escalate unresolved open items to the Line Manager.</li>\n<li>Develop strong control mechanisms for the reconciliation unit in consultation with the manager to mitigate risks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications Required:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related majors.</li>\n<li>Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply for the position.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial instruments.</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
