We are a full-service manufacture of fixtures, furniture and graphic products specializing in the retail automotive segment with OEMs and the dealer network.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Quality Control Lead will oversee quality control in our millwork production facility. This role involves leading a small team of quality control coordinators, ensuring products meet design standards, and implementing practices to maintain high quality.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (including but not limited to)</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor quality control coordinators</li><li>Provide support to ensure effective quality assurance</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies</li><li>Supervise the inspection of millwork products to ensure they meet standards, create and enforce consistent inspection procedures</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to address and fix quality issues</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality issues and corrective actions taken</li><li>Root cause analysis &ndash; Identify the causes of quality problems and implement long-term solutions</li><li>Data analysis &ndash; Analyze quality data and report trends to find areas for improvement</li><li>Process improvement - Look for ways to improve quality processes and recommend changes to enhance product quality and efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of quality control methods (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, SPC)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product drawings</li><li>Familiarity with carpentry tools and techniques</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (required)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment (required)</li><li>Leadership experience (preferred)</li><li>Millwork or Woodworking experience (preferred)</li><li>Six Sigma certification (preferred)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Mild exposure to sawdust, cleaning materials, and shop machinery noise</li><li>Air-conditioned and heated production area</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>WHO WE ARE</strong></p><p>iMBranded is a leading national manufacturer specializing in architectural millwork and large format graphics across multiple industries including retail, hospitality, automotive and finance.
