          "text": "<p><strong>Driver – RW Events Rental Division</strong></p><p><em>Creating exceptional event experiences, one delivery at a time</em><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p>RW Events Drivers are responsible for safely transporting our rental items to and from events and venues, often serving as the first and last point of contact with our clients. As a Driver, you’ll lead deliveries and returns, ensure safe handling of inventory, and maintain a clean, professional driving record. This role is for someone who can navigate both the roads and high-pressure event days with confidence and care.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Load, transport, and unload rental orders to and from venues and client locations</li><li>Ensure all items are packed securely and handled with care to avoid damage</li><li>Arrive on time with a customer-first attitude and a professional appearance</li><li>Set up and strike rental inventory—including specialty furniture, tables, and décor—quickly and precisely</li><li>Lead on-site delivery and pickup processes, supporting the installation team</li><li>Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times</li><li>Accurately complete delivery logs, time sheets, and damage reports as needed</li><li>Follow all DOT and company-specific driving policies</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Part-time and full-time opportunities available</li><li>Must be available weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as needed</li><li>Hourly rate based on experience, with bonus opportunities during peak season</li></ul>",
