Mission der Rolle Verantwortung für die strukturierte Entwicklung und den Ausbau von Enterprise-Kunden im Bereich Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) und Partner Identity & Access Management (PIAM) in einem hochregulierten Umfeld.
Der Fokus liegt auf wenigen, gezielt ausgewählten Organisationen mit hohem strategischem Potenzial.
Die Rolle steht für den Aufbau eines eigenen Account-Portfolios – langfristig, systematisch und mit klarer Erfolgsverantwortung.

Navigation komplexer Buying Center (CISO, CIO, IAM, Procurement)
3. Deal-Orchestrierung Enge Abstimmung mit Presales, Consulting und Partnern (VAR / System-Integratoren)
Sicherstellen einer konsistenten und überzeugenden Gesamtstory gegenüber dem Kunden
4. Partnerbasierte Umsetzung Projekte werden durch Partner realisiert
Zentrale Ansprechperson für den Kunden über alle Phasen hinweg
Sicherstellen, dass:
Erwartungen erfüllt werden,

der Kunde den erwarteten Mehrwert erzielt.
5. Post-Sales-Verantwortung Kontinuierliche Steuerung der Kundenbeziehung auch nach Vertragsabschluss
Frühes Erkennen und Adressieren von Risiken in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Delivery
6. Expansion und Renewal Aufbau und Pflege strukturierter Account-Pläne
Identifikation zusätzlicher Use Cases und Wachstumspotenziale
Verantwortung für Vertragsverlängerungen
Profil Must-have Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Enterprise SaaS Sales (idealerweise 5+ Jahre)
Nachweisbare Erfolge in komplexen, beratungsintensiven Deals
Erfahrung mit strukturierten Sales-Methoden (z. B. MEDDPICC)
Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Organisationen einzuarbeiten und Beziehungen aufzubauen
Zusätzlich wertvoll Erfahrung in IAM / CIAM / IT-Security / Plattformumfeldern
Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern (VAR, System-Integratoren)
Erfahrung in regulierten Branchen (z. B. Finance, Public, kritische Infrastrukturen)
