          "text": "<p></p><p>Provide direct care and supervision in a supportive, therapeutic environment while documenting and reporting behaviors, occurrences, and conditions.  </p><p>Support and assist individuals with personal care, daily living skills, and self-help skills.</p><p>Supervise recreational activities &amp; outings including transporting clients in the community.</p><p></p><p>We currently need staff who are able to work as Live In Staff or Support Counselors.   </p><p></p><p>Live-in staff are (work seven days on, take seven days off) needed to assist developmentally disabled adults.  Live-in staff report to work on a Wednesday and work/live in their clients' home until the following Wednesday. As a Live-in staff, you have your own room and it is not an awake-overnight position. Our clients live in typical neighborhood houses throughout the Vancouver area. Pay comes to $167.85 per day worked. Room and board are provided while on shift. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(K) with match, cafeteria plan, and paid time off.<br /><br />Part time and On-Call Support Counselors are needed to assist developmentally disabled adults who live in homes located in the Vancouver area. You could work as little as 5 hours or up to to 39 hours a week depending on your availability. Pay starts at $10.00 per hour.</p>",
