          "text": "<p>Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Sr. Equipment Engineering &amp; Maintenance&#xa0;<br>\nManager to lead equipment engineering and maintenance operations within our semiconductor&#xa0;<br>\nmanufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. This role has end-to-end responsibility for Wafer Fab,&#xa0;<br>\nProbe, Assembly, and Test (PAT) equipment.<br>\nThe successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader and people manager with a proven&#xa0;<br>\nrecord of improving equipment reliability, yield, cost of ownership, and organizational capability&#xa0;<br>\nacross front-end and back-end manufacturing operations. This position offers professional&#xa0;<br>\ngrowth opportunities in high-performance analog and embedded semiconductor solutions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage teams of equipment engineers and maintenance technicians supporting both front-end and back-end manufacturing operations.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in equipment availability, throughput, yield, reliability, cycle time, and cost of ownership.</li><li>Define, maintain, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.</li><li>Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment failures.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and systemic reliability improvements.</li><li>Design, evaluate, test, and implement equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and tool modifications.</li><li>Identify and mitigate spare parts and lifecycle risks, including supplier qualification, second sourcing, and obsolescence management.</li><li>Partner closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, NPI, and Supply Chain aligning with production and business requirements.</li><li>Support and lead equipment procurement, installations, relocations, upgrades, and qualifications.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, PM procedures, and training materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, ITAR, and export control requirements.</li><li>Manage budgets, capital planning, vendor relationships, and equipment roadmaps.</li><li>Mentor engineers and technicians, developing technical depth and leadership capability within the organization.</li></ul>",
