Partner with General Manager to offer guidance and oversight of local maintenance staff to ensure effective maintenance and operation of plant and wash equipment.</span></p><p style='font-size:12px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:0in;\"><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Support&nbsp;preventative&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;program&nbsp;at&nbsp;local&nbsp;facility</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Coordination&nbsp;of&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;scheduling&nbsp;to&nbsp;reduce&nbsp;downtime&nbsp;while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;safe&nbsp;work practices</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support to facility maintenance personnel</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Maintain and monitor PDM system to include troubleshooting issues, software updates and hardware&nbsp;installations.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:102%;font-size:12px;\">Support General Manager by providing equipment analysis and recommended course of&nbsp;action&nbsp;for&nbsp;efficient&nbsp;and&nbsp;cost-effective&nbsp;machine&nbsp;operation</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Execute CAPEX projects and initiatives to approved budgets and&nbsp;timelines.</span></li><li><span
