If you aspire to be the best, and work with the best, this is where you belong.</p>\n<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>The Vendor Risk Management Senior Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Global Procurement team. This role will be responsible for leading the assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks associated with our vendor relationships, while leading the analysis of vendor risk profiles through comprehensive due diligence activities of new and existing vendors to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, develop risk profiles, and categorise vendors based on risk levels. This role will be located in our Global Services Office (GSO) in Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Other key responsibilities include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overseeing vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, and preparing detailed reports and dashboards to communicate risk findings to senior management</li>\n <li>Assisting in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure robust risk management practices are in place</li>\n <li>Evaluating vendor performance metrics and reports to assess service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, in order to provide strategic recommendations for improvement and cost-saving opportunities</li>\n <li>Coordinating and leading vendor audits to evaluate compliance with company policies and industry standards, in addition to documenting findings and ensuring follow-up on corrective actions</li>\n <li>Contributing to the development and maintenance of vendor risk management policies and procedures,  while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We’d love to hear from you if you:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software</li>\n <li>Display ability in leading a team environment with a strong customer service focus</li>\n <li>Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present to senior management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>And have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of six years’ (6) experience in vendor risk management, compliance, or a related role</li>\n <li>Relevant experience at a professional services firm or Fortune 500 company</li>\n <li>A Bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>Professional Certification or extended education in related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Benefits & Additional Information</h2>\n<p>Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
