Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Write, verify, and make payments on tickets for sports wagers in accordance with department policy and procedures and ensures compliance to applicable jurisdictional gaming statues and regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a cash bank for his/her shift, responsible for accepting payment and making correct change when necessary. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Stock Sports book Writer/Cashier's stations with adequate supplies; keeps all stations neat and clean. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Stock Sportsbook Kiosks with adequate supplies; troubleshoot errors. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Write Sports tickets in an accurate and timely manner. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Make payments and redemptions in an accurate and timely manner; verify tickets and payoffs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and reconcile bank for assigned shift by following established cash-handling policies and procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and procedures to guests. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide information and assistance to customers in a friendly, courteous manner to ensure the delivery of guest service.  Offer information on activities, etc., and direct guests for further information as necessary. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist guests with all methods and mediums for sports betting transactions. Including but not limited to: Sportsbook Desk, Sportsbook Kiosks, Online Sportsbook Application. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Enter player tracker information and create new player tracking accounts </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete Title 31 transactions in an accurate and timely manner. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Notify management of escalated or prevalent guest issues/concerns and any apparent suspicious activity. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other job-related duties as requested. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Minimum six (6) months of cash-handling experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent GED </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in race and sportsbook preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a similar resort environment preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual, with English as primary or secondary language preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work as a part of a team in a high-stress and high-volume environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic and frequently changing environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to adhere to and execute established department policies and procedures </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of sports </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient cash-handling skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure while being able to pay attention to details </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic math skills – calculate winnings based on odds </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to department and company standards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written forms </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
