As our Design Lead, you’ll evolve our design system, raise the bar for product quality, and keep our brand and growth surfaces consistent and conversion-focused.       "value": "<ul><li><p>3–7 years of experience designing digital products (mobile and web), or an outstanding portfolio that shows strong end-to-end ownership.</p></li><li><p>Strong visual and interaction design skills, paired with great taste and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Experience building and maintaining component-based design systems in Figma.</p></li><li><p>Able to work independently, prioritize well, and take ownership from day one.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable switching between product design and brand/growth design depending on what the company needs most.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (spoken & written).
