Come join us!<br><br><strong><u>Basic Function</u></strong>: &nbsp;Perform all general sanitation cleaning duties of kitchen facilities, equipment, china, glass and silver</p><p><strong><u>Work Performed and Responsibilities</u></strong>:</p><ol><li>Wash all chinaware, glassware, and equipment (pots, pans, utensils, etc.)</li><li>Put away all clean china, glassware, etc.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the dish-room (wash floors, sinks, walls, etc.)</li><li>Organize dish-room area</li><li>Clean up spills and safety hazards immediately</li><li>Empty garbage and laundry bags</li><li>Mop floors and clean outside dock area and other common areas&nbsp;</li><li>Clean and stock food line in employee cafeteria and banquet kitchen</li><li>Clean, maintain, and breakdown dish machine at beginning and end of each shift</li><li>Complete checklist while performing closing and opening duties</li><li>Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the Resort at all times</li><li>Foster a work environment of teamwork by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction</li><li>Must maintain current food handlers certification</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management</li></ol><p><strong><u>Supervision Exercised</u></strong>: &nbsp;None</p><p><strong><u>Supervision Received</u></strong>: &nbsp;Banquet Chef, Sous Chef, Assistant Executive Chef</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong>:</p><p>High school diploma/equivalent or equivalent related work experience or training.
