Operating from FDA-registered facilities in Chandler and Deer Valley, Arizona, Medivant is committed to quality, efficiency, and compliance in all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.</p><h2>Position Summary</h2><p>The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day operations in receiving, storing, and distributing materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for production, and ensuring all warehouse operations meet cGMP and FDA compliance standards.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;This is an entry-level position &mdash; full training will be provided.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.</li><li>Accurately label, document, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.</li><li>Pick and issue components for production batches following established procedures.</li><li>Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment according to cGMP standards.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.</li><li>Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided).</li><li>Follow all safety, sanitation, and documentation procedures.</li><li>Support other departments with material transfers and general logistics needs.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Dependable and able to work as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to learn and follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.</li></ul><p>Preferred (not required):</p><ul><li>Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanning.</li><li>Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training).</li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><ul><li>Onsite role at Medivant Healthcare&rsquo;s Chandler and Deer Valley facilities.
