This role plays a critical part in supporting on-time delivery, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements.</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\">What you’ll do<strong>:</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory targets</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Analyze capacity constraints and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and minimize delays</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Monitor production performance and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or disruptions</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Ensure alignment with Sales &amp;
