Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive efforts and consistent follow-through. Transition to using provided leads after demonstrating success in direct outreach. Compensation & Benefits: Pay : $72,819 – $250,000+ (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses). Flexibility : Create your schedule with options to work evenings and weekends. Bonuses : Performance-based incentives and opportunities for quarterly bonuses. Requirements: Willingness to knock doors and generate your own leads during initial training. Strong work ethic, confidence, and competitive nature. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License preferred.
