This role works closely with the inspection and production teams to verify that fabricated parts, incoming materials, and completed jobs meet company and customer quality expectations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect fabricated parts and completed jobs to ensure products meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and company standards.</li>\n<li>Verify incoming materials, consumables, and components meet required quality expectations prior to use in production.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the inspection and production teams to support workflow, inspection accuracy, and timely job completion.</li>\n<li>Support the RMA process by coordinating with the inspection team on returned materials, documentation, and follow-up actions.</li>\n<li>Package and prepare completed parts for shipment while ensuring proper labeling, protection, and documentation requirements are met.</li>\n<li>Upload inspection reports, photos, certifications, and supporting documentation into designated job folders and company systems.</li>\n<li>Maintain organized inspection records and assist with maintaining accurate documentation for customers and internal requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Skills</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.</li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Career Growth &amp; Development</span></p>\n<p>JR Metal Works is committed to helping employees build long-term, rewarding careers.
